The Spirit Award is given to website owners free of charge who give back to the world by offering extraordinary free content designed to improve the personal and professional lives of visitors. Please read below to apply or nominate a website.

Criteria Used in Determining Awards:

1. The question to answer is, "Is the world a better place because of this website?"

2. Eligible websites may also offer content for sale, however, free content must be significant and beneficial.

3. Websites that include porn, hate, racism, or illegal activities are ineligible.

4. The Spirit Award is primarily for secular rather than religious websites.

5. Eligibility is based on the sole discretion of Doug Kelley.

Nominating or Applying for this Award:

If you believe that your website satisfies the criteria above, or your want to nominate another website you have benefited from, please submit your request.

Please allow up to seven days for a response.

The website owner will be notified if accepted. If you do not hear back within seven days, you can consider the website declined. You may contact Doug Kelley if you would like to know why.

If accepted, the website owner will receive an email with simple code to include in the web page to display the award. The website will also be listed on the Awards Page provided that the Spirit Award Logo is located somewhere within the awarded website. I will maintain the link as long as the reciprocal Spirit Award Logo code remains on the awarded site.
